This is my Yaduma approach:
1. Motivation / obligation or obligation kills motivation
2. Set appointments – pay for them- learn something new, just do it. With a Walking Coach it is EASY, entertaining and fun.
3. In only 3 hours or so you will not only feel a difference in your physical wellbeing but also the effect of a mental relaxation- Plus: I can proof the change of fitness by showing you how your heartrate has gone down which means, your heart muscle has grown, you are fitter.
The key is the fun factor, so get a coach to start out with who helps you overcome a “exercise-destructive” mindset 😉
