To get stuff done, you got to “change the chip” of unaware thinking habits sabotaging your success. Thanks God, you are not your brain and you are not your thoughts, so you CAN use your brain in such a way, that you only take helpful thoughts serious. In other words: don’t believe in all those thoughts, become discriminating! Do not take those negative feelings seriously, that come along with those thoughts, nor that typical mood when you get into the procrastinating auto-pilot-program!
Soon you will realize – to get stuff done, from now on: you just do it and you do it NOW, not later, no matter what bullship comes up in your brain trying to “keep you safe from possible failure” – and from success. It is worth to experiment. Nothing to lose. Become more curious if this really works when you experiment during 3 weeks or so than afraid of that old fairy-tail of possibly not doing good enough.
