10 min Intro Talk, 20 min Relaxation Training with body and mind awareness as well as breathing exercises of yoga and elements of self-hypnosis and inner journey. Plus 15 min Q&A’ s.

Clothing: loose clothing, comfortable footwear
Requirements: Music-system to plug phone in, Yoga mat, towel, quiet room or outdoors (remember sun-screen if necessary!)
