45–90 min · Interactive leadership intervention
We start with something that’s on the table — a challenge, tension, question or recurring situation.
A safe space — without judgement, pressure or putting anyone on the spot.
I turn what’s happening into a Golden ShiFt scene — live, improvised and unexpected.
Then I step into Director Mode — and we explore what else is possible.
I step into Director Mode and take it further — exploring what’s running underneath and what becomes possible when the automatic is no longer running the show.
