Because I know both sides.
I ran my own company for 10 years.
I know ambition, pressure, responsibility — and what it means to keep going.
I also know burnout — and the shock of an advanced cancer diagnosis.
My background spans coaching, business, acting, modeling and improvisation.
I created an award-winning Walking Coaching model and have spent years working with people through coaching, workshops and creative experiences.
Today, I’m taking that work into a new space: companies, teams and events.
