Are you suffering from the influence of electronic smog?
I am very sensitive to it. Too much talking on the mobile phone, PC, TV etc. influences my sleeping quality tremendously, so I need to shut down electronic devices where I sleep and cut down computering, mobile phoning and televisioning for some time, since I feel like loaded – overloaded. Stepping out for a while and go for a walk helps. Also there are new devices available that are supposed to protect you from the negative impact of electronic smog.
