What is Christmas about? Religious or not, you can’t escape the Christmas festivities – it’s all around.
What is Christmas about for you? Is it about buying gifts. Eat a lot, drink a lot, party? Or does it mean much more to you? The true meaning of Christmas is this: Love, compassion, sharing, enjoying, understanding each other, patience. We tend to get lost in the more commercial side of Christmas, which is buying, get totally stressed out, annoyed, fearful of not giving and receiving the “right” present. Brain terror!
Get back to the heart. Cut Christmas down to just being nice to each other. That’s plenty right there. And that’s what it is all about – LOVE
