Endless Questions

One of my favorite explorations is the concept of duality and the power of embracing both sides of the coin….

How to embrace the two sides of the coin?

Life is a tapestry of contrasts—light and dark, joy and sorrow, certainty and uncertainty. Every single thing has two sides to it, positive and negative. That’s what stuff on earth is made of- black and white and shades of all kinds of colors make the movie. Otherwise the cinema is closed, dead.

It’s in navigating these dualities that we find our truest selves and discover the richness of human experience. Saying that doesn’t mean that I am a master-surfer of the waves. It simply means that I am happy to master “surfing” those waves every day “a bit better day by day” (lyrics of my song “A Surprise”) and have tremendous pleasure in exploring the magic, sharing, and inspiring others to explore, experiment and discover more for themselves as well.

From Judgement to Distinction

Embracing duality doesn’t mean picking sides; it means finding harmony in the dance between opposites. It’s about acknowledging that life is messy, complex, and beautifully imperfect. By embracing what is, we open ourselves up to growth, transformation, and deeper connection.

So, what does it mean to embrace what is? It’s about accepting the full spectrum of our emotions, thoughts, and experiences without judgment or resistance. It’s about leaning into discomfort and finding peace in the midst of chaos. It’s about honoring our truth, even when it’s messy or inconvenient.

Open to explore more – just do it

In my own journey, I’ve learned that embracing duality is an ongoing practice—a daily reminder to embrace the highs and lows, the light and shadow, the known and unknown. It’s through this embrace that we find wholeness and authenticity, that we fall, break, heal, stand up, shed of the dust and keep walking…

Collaboration and conscious exchange of any kind, the creative process as such, e.g. by simply and honestly sharing your thoughts and feelings, writing, dance, art and music are ways to explore that harmonizing process, the paradox of uniting the two sides of the coin:

Curiosity and Self-Compassion

As we move through the week ahead, I encourage you to reflect on the dualities present in your own life. How can you lean into these contrasts with curiosity and compassion? How can you find harmony in the midst of chaos?

As I talk to you, I talk to myself…. remember, dear fellow-explorer, that you are a masterpiece of contradictions—a beautifully unique example of light and shadow. Embrace what is, and watch as your world transforms before your eyes. “The object changes with the eye of the observer…”

Creativity is (our) Nature

I’m still buzzing from the magic of creating music. Right now, I’m diving into crafting a “channeled” message-song (like they all are, really). It’s like being a kid again, wide-eyed and open-mouthed, exploring creativity flowing through me.
