In most cultures some kind of meditation is a ritual to relax your mind: the rosary, the mantras, trance dancing, meditation in silence and others. Through meditation we train to master our minds. In our fast world with lots of intense impressions and loads of information streaming in every day meditation becomes more and more important.

Everybody can meditate. It is a question of training and consistency.

It is beneficial and makes the start easy if you join a group to learn meditation. You influence and direct your mental activity which leads to a state of intense relaxation. You enable yourself to be more creative, improve your sleeping quality, cope better with stress or psychosomatic symptoms. It is easy, free, you can do it anywhere. Once you have your routine, you don’t want to miss it!
