Learn to Let Go and Dive into the Flow!
In a world bustling with noise and chaos, it’s easy to feel swept away. But when we loosen our grip on control and learn to surrender to life’s natural rhythm, a world of endless possibilities unfolds. It takes courage to break free from the crowd, face your fears and explore uncharted territory, yet embracing the art of letting go can lead to remarkable growth, discovery and quality of life. This isn’t just about mindset or spirituality—it’s about embodying new habits and approaches to life.
Letting go is probably one of the most challenging things to “do”, because you can’t force it by working hard on it… What you can do though – instead of ignoring, flighting or neglecting is building a new habit.
In love matters it is common for some people to jump right to the next romance to just forget, distract, no longer feel the pain, like an addict. That’s not the same as letting go. Letting go requires dealing with feelings!
Ignoring is not the same as Letting Go
Distinguishing between Letting Go and Suppressing is crucial for overall and emotional well-being. Don’t fool yourself. Suppressing involves avoidance and denial. Surrender, on the other hand, involves embracing what is without resistance.
Letting go entails acknowledging, accepting, and releasing emotional burdens, fostering growth and inner peace. Unlike distraction, it requires facing challenges directly, leading to true liberation and personal fulfillment.
Ayahuasca to Heal?
Ayahuasca has become hip for spiritual growth and healing purposes, so have mushrooms and ecstasy or MDMA. Nowadays, you can go to healing centers and experiment possible healing in professionally controlled settings. Is it or can it become just another drug to run away from feeling what you feel or is it a way to deeply heal? Esteemed scientists like Gabor Maté and Andrew Huberman conduct research on and delve into this topic.
Dr. Gabor Maté’s experiences with ayahuasca, as recounted in the forthcoming documentary “The Path of the Shaman,” shed light on the potential therapeutic benefits of this ancient plant medicine. Impatience can be counterproductive. Are you guilty too? Recognizing what doesn’t serve you can lead to “playful adjustments“.
Picture yourself in a long grocery store line, frustration rising. Instead of clenching your fists, release the tension. Observe your surroundings – the vibrant colors, the rhythmic scanner. Enjoy and use the moment for conscious breathing exercise. By letting go of impatience, you can discover a newfound calm amidst chaos. Try it out – you never know what you might find!
Remember, all learning and living is a path, you can take it easy. It’s not an end goal. The whole point of walking the camino de Santiago or climbing the Mount Everest is the path, not just reaching the end.

Facing Inner Demons
“Inner demons” is a metaphorical term used to describe inner conflicts, negative thoughts, emotions, or impulses that torment or trouble an individual. Everybody has it. We don’t come all white, or all black, we are colorful beings with many shades. These conflicts can include feelings of guilt, shame, fear, anger, self-doubt, or destructive behaviors such as (conscious or unconscious) addiction or harmful habits. Inner demons are often associated with unresolved psychological issues, trauma, or unresolved conflicts from the past. They represent the internal struggles that individuals face within themselves and can significantly impact our mental and emotional well-being. Totally normal in our modern fast-pace looking-good consumer society.
Embracing your emotional wounds takes guts, acknowledgment, and prioritizing self-care. Seek out trusted support to mend and move forward.
