Sounds ugly and somewhat stupid, but self-sabotage seems to be a poisoning agent polluting our systems. I find it hard to become aware of in your every day’s life.
What is it that keeps you from enjoying exercise?
What is it that makes you eat high-calorie-low-energy food?
What makes you do three things at a time at high velocity and feel burnt out at the end?
What makes you drink more alcohol that is good for your system?
What makes you concentrate on other people’s issues rather than on yours?….
Think about the big or small things you do and the decisions you take that are obviously harming your health and happiness! How do you manage to block your motivation to reach for what feels really good for you?
