How do you motivate yourself to find the time and energy to exercise?

How about exercising for the sake of feeling good about yourself to do it anyway?
You don´t need this super motivation to do it. Just do it and be proud of yourself for investing 30 minutes or so into your wellbeing, ever though your mind was not cooperative.
