Motivation to Exercise

How do you motivate yourself to find the time and energy to exercise?

If you are one of that kind who….

is convinced not to enjoy exercise
has no time to spend for exercise
was never sportive
has a big resistance to get started…..

or similar,

How about exercising for the sake of feeling good about yourself to do it anyway?

You don“t need this super motivation to do it. Just do it and be proud of yourself for investing 30 minutes or so into your wellbeing, ever though your mind was not cooperative. After a few times, your mind gives in and you even enjoy the time using your muscles, breathing deeply, feeling your heart beat. Check it out!

  1. I absolutely LOVE what you are doing and it’s obvious you’re a fantastic, inspirational, and knowledgeable coach. I think walking is an amazing way to combine exercise and mental work and you’ve found a way to help people realize that. Keep up the great work!

    1. Thank you! Yes, Walking is great for mental changes. When the mind relaxes, new channels open up. It is really great when people expand their possibilities and use more of their capacities, not only physically, especially mentally!
