If you want to exercise more, eat healthier, loose weight or just feel better, there is a chance of experience inner resistance that blocks your way and costs a lot of energy. Instead of focusing on the resistance and judging this experience as negative, try to just observe and keep going. Same with disappointment that can result in discouragement. Just let be what is and observe it (the resistance/disappointment/unmet expectation) while continuing on your new way. This way you keep your energy and use it for what you want.
