Do yourself some Good – Shake it!

Yum! And so easy. A bit like painting a picture: take a color you like and add on. Every day different. Today it’s deep yellow of very ripe bananas, pineapple, almonds, rice milk, ice cubes for the smooth consistency and most importantly GINGER to blow your mind
