The Power of Mind Set

Albert Einstein

“Problems cannot be solved with the same mind set that created them.”

Albert Einstein

That’s obvious! Who wouldn’t agree with Albert Einstein: you don’t create wealth with a mind set of poverty awareness. You won’t act like a winner if you think of yourself as a loser. You won’t innovate your business if you stick to all the old practices. You won’t become fit and relaxed if you believe you don’t have what it takes, time and motivation. You don’t find a solution if you can’t let go of focusing on the problem.

Hang on a minute, you might say. It is not enough to just think differently and then wealth, success and health comes. This “Law of Attraction” idea doesn’t seem to work for everybody! Yes, that’s correct. It is not enough to think differently, we need to act differently, too. Most importantly, when we enable us to let go of negative emotions, this is when the energy starts flowing. We create a different wave of energy within and around us. Call it charisma. We free blocked energy, chi, prana. That’s the whole idea why people practice techniques like Meditation, Walking Meditation, ChiKung, TaiChi etc.. We can now start acting differently. No, you don’t have to visit yoga classes 3 times a week, you can start right now: The real work is outside yoga classes in “real” life, becoming aware of what is going on inside of you, start cleaning out old thinking and feeling habits that don’t serve anybody any longer, and allowing experimenting alternatives. Becoming responsible. Growing up. Changing that mindset, which is a consequence of genes, upbringing and socialization. Letting go and becoming yourself!

Guess what: it can be so easy! All it takes is that shift in mindset to begin to realize that you can do what you really want to and the old picture you had of yourself and what you are supposed to do, is nothing but an old idea, ready to be updated.
