Motivation to Change NOW

Imagine that every thought you think now and every feeling you feel now and every action to take now determines the experiences you will have in the future. You plant the seed for tomorrow today, now!Sunset on the Lake

If we are conscious about what we think, feel, say in every moment or not, we create similar future experiences. Who does not have some examples of how this works?

Why not abandon a useless habit right now? Are we obligated to react angry or mad even though we know it does not make any sense and does not help anybody either?
