Why learn yoga, mantras, thai chi or yaduma walking meditation?
One thought can be the pathway to a good or bad experience. Looking forward to meeting someone makes the heart beat higher, a thought of doubt or insecurity can be the entrance to a depressed state.
Learning to gain power over thoughts gives power over life rather than have old thinking patterns control us.
A thought is just a thought anyway 🙂
