The Ego Trap

Ever hear yourself saying “yes, but….”? Say you were going to walk 3 times a week for half an hour before work with the intention to keep your body fit, clear your mind and focus for the day?

There is a good chance you hear your Ego talking, trying to focus on “Why Not” rather than on your new healthy habit.

Here is a quick, free, easy experiment: say “I honor the argument and I DO IT ANYWAY!”

If you are committed to introduce new habits, YOU CAN DO IT!

Remember, when you hear yourself saying “yes, but I just don’t feel like….”, breathe, smile, say ” thanks for the argument, I DO IT ANYWAY 🙂  And you don’t think twice and get those sneakers on.
