A thought is a command

Imagine every thought you think is a silent command to the Universe to be fullfilled.
Wouldn’t  it be nice to master your mind sooner than later?

Yaduma Walking Meditation™ is an easy,  fun and effective way to learn master of your mind. A coach can provide the tools, by Skype or in Personal Sessions outdoors. Then, it is up to you to use them and choose consciously what you put out there…

  1. Thanks for sharing this great input!
Willpower to consciously choose our thoughts, being grateful for all the blessings we have and being responsible for our emotions as a result of our thinking…. Another one is: taking a negative emotion as an opportunity to change the thinking and automized emotional response.
PS: I would be very grateful for your input how people who seek or need support can find this Skype-Coaching offer online.
    Greetings from the”California side” 🙂

  2. This is exactly correct, Manuela. Part of our mind is like a computer; it responds to programming. We are in control of our own programming. We can direct our minds by:
    1) Filter negativity by first being aware of it, then taking responsibility for it, then using our willpower to avoid it.
    2) Actively seek positive thoughts, “changing the channel”, finding the good in our lives and praising it
    3) Change the words we use. “You make me mad” is a phrase which gives another person control over our emotions. Instead, use words which affirm our responsibility and the goodness of those around us: “Whatever happens today, I will find the good in it.”
