Mindful Choices to BE Here Now

Activities that dull your awareness of the moment put you in a passive state of mind. Extensively watching TV Curiosityor movies, electronic gadget-ing, or day-dreaming put our concentration on something that is not here now. This can be a form of escapism.

Spending time in nature, realizing what is going on around you, meeting people, play, crafts, creative work, sports,┬ábeing totally involved in what you are doing right now (any type of work) bring us back into “the zone” of here and now.
