A dear friend send me “The Game of Life and How to Play It” by Florence Scovel Shinn, a very inspiring simple lecture that reflects that what you focus on, grows or the law of attraction.
Here is a simple every days example: Someone wants to loose weight. He books Coaching, looses 3 pounds a week during 10 weeks and then ads it on again. Why? Because he visualized himself enjoying fatty cakes and partying with wine and hard liquors with his buddies after finishing his 10 week program. Another client does the same program, looses weight with ease, follows his commitments to himself and maintains a healthy weight. Why? Because he visualized his new lifestyle rather than the old vices.
“If one asks for success and prepares for failure, he will get the situation he prepared for.” Longterm change to success depends on the ability to maintain a positive attitude and let go of sabotaging thoughts. This may be easy and, with a little help, can be lots of fun.
