Mindful Choices to BE Here Now

Activities that dull your awareness of the moment put you in a passive state of mind. Extensively watching TV Curiosityor movies, electronic gadget-ing, or day-dreaming put our concentration on something that is not here now. This can be a form of escapism.

Spending time in nature, realizing what is going on around you, meeting people, play, crafts, creative work, sports, being totally involved in what you are doing right now (any type of work) bring us back into “the zone” of here and now.
