What you think you are is only what you think you are. In other words, what is really important is what you want to be.
Studying business at University did not make me a business woman. I never thought of myself as one. Running a publishing company, organizing seminars all over the place and making serious money during 10 years made me a business woman.
I was never sportive and enjoyed playing more than exercising a sport. When I made coaching during walks my vocation I became athletic as a natural consequence of the first thousand hours of training.
What really stands in the way of success is doubtful thinking, fearful emotions and the lack of knowledge that you can do it.
Coaching supports you train your “awareness, focus and belief muscles”.
As a natural consequence of focusing on what you want you consciously grow out of limiting thoughts and deal with emotions constructively.
