Guided Meditation

If you have trouble to calm your mind try guided meditation! There are many great free tools available.

An easy option I choose mostly is WALKING MEDITATION: all you do is go out for 20 Minutes or more and walk.

Here is one Guide to Walking Meditation:
1. As you start walking observe your body movements, become aware of how you move
2. Observe your breath: think as you inhale “breathe”, smile as you exhale
3. When our mind wanders around, simply observe where it went, realize it, eventually come back to focus on inhale and exhale – smile!
