How to trust in the Good?

Faith is trusting in the good. Fear is putting your trust in the bad. Rhonda Byrne

We sure prefer to trust in the good rather in the bad. However, if you have experienced a lot of bad in the past you easily expect more bad things to happen. When you are stuck in problems you might even attract more problems if you are in a problem-thinking-mode until you become aware and change this consciously.

Giving the problem thinking a break means consciously forcing your mind to focus on something else, e.g. a yoga class or a guided meditation, breathing during a walk or similar. Doing this will improve your current state of mind as well as your immune system and allow you to be in the here and now. Taking a relaxing break opens up the space ¨beyond the dark¨. Especially in stressful times this is the way to new solutions beyond plain thinking.

If you are conditioned or trapped in a negative way, it is our responsibility to become aware of this and step out to see new possibilities and create new solutions. Walking Meditation and Yoga are ways to enable yourself step out into a bigger reality.

At the end of the day what counts is how you lived that day!!!
