Here is what you do to easily choose great Food for great Energy:
Fill your fridge with all kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Get some nuts and seeds as well as health bars to take out.
Take 1-2 minutes to prepare a healthy snack like this one:
All you need is 1-2 minutes, water to wash the fruit and a knife to cut it.
The 1-2 minutes you spend prepare you to get out of the brain into the here and now. So when you are ready to eat, you really eat with awareness and taste the delicious bites. ENJOY!!!
