Everybody can change, that is what is so special about the human species! With know-how, awareness and motivation, loosing weight becomes easy. Once the mind is cleared and focused, it loves to do what is really good for you!
Step 1: Believe you CAN do it! Positive thinking will help you feel better, visualize goals, and creates momentum.
Step 2: Start with small goals that are easily attainable, such as:
– walking up and down stairs, rather than using the elevator;
– parking on the other side of the mall, forcing yourself to walk more;
– drink more pure water – fruit juices contain lots of sugar, and all sodas are unhealthy;
– add 2 servings fresh veggies and fruit to your daily diet, and eliminate fast foods;
– walk briskly 30-60 minutes at least twice a week;
– take a yoga, meditation or relaxation class;
-be creative and flexible – trying a new sport forces you to use new muscles and skills.
