Get prepared for stressful times with mini relaxation exercises!

Facing challenging situations or stressful events we tend to get tense or nervous and some automized process tried to take over. Whenever you become aware of tension or nervousness take a minute or two to “reset”:

1. Take a big breath, relax your face and drop your shoulders as you exhale. Repeat 3 times

2. Imagine feeling a light  tropical waterfall rinsing your whole system, even melting down your weight.

3.  Stretch and recharge your whole body by making it all tense for only a few seconds.

If you have a minute right now, experiment! The more often you exercise, the easier and more effective it gets.
